Returns
We will accept the return of goods only after formal notification by email (to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) from the purchaser. Formal notification must be within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Goods MUST BE returned to our premises (Returns Address listed below) within 14 days of the purchaser notifying us of intent to return the goods. Please ensure that your name and address is included along with the Sales Receipt or Invoice Number it refers to.
The purchaser will be reimbursed (less postage costs for unwanted/incorrectly ordered goods) via the same payment method with which the goods were purchased. Payment will be made within 14 days of the goods being returned to our premises.
Goods returned must be deemed fit for resale and in their original packaging upon their return, as when delivered.
Postage will only be refunded for faulty goods and WILL NOT be refunded for UNWANTED/INCORRECTLY ordered goods.
